Price match requests can be made:

Only one price match is permitted per transaction. Once a price match has been applied, no further price matching will be offered on the same product.
What Qualifies for a Price Match?
To be eligible, all of the following must apply:
Identical Product

Same brand, model, size, colour and specifications

Brand new, unopened, and in original packaging

Covered by an Australian manufacturer’s warranty
Eligible Australian Retailer
The competitor must be:

An authorised Australian retailer with an Australian ABN

Publicly advertising prices in Australia

Selling genuine Australian-stock products (not grey imports)
We do not match prices from:

Online marketplaces (eBay, Amazon marketplace sellers, or any other marketplace sellers), any subscription based….

Auction sites or classifieds
-
Overseas retailers or direct importers
In Stock & Available

The product must be in stock and available for immediate purchase

The competitor’s price must be current and verifiable at the time of request
Comparable Final Price

Price comparisons are based on the total cost, including GST

Delivery charges will be included where applicable

If a competitor’s item is pickup-only, we will factor in a reasonable delivery cost for comparison
Price Match Exclusions
We do not price match the following:

Clearance, run-out, liquidation or factory seconds

Refurbished, used, ex-display or demo stock

Bundle deals, bonus offers, cashback promotions, gift cards or rebates

Trade, wholesale, commercial or membership-only pricing

Flash sales, limited-quantity deals or pricing errors

Custom-made or special-order products

Prices set below market value due to misprints or system errors
Post-Purchase Price Match (7-Day Window)
If you find an eligible lower price within 7 days of your purchase, we will refund the difference to your original payment method.
Proof of purchase is required.
